We are seeking a BTEC Business Lecturer to join our educational team on a temporary basis. The role involves teaching Levels 2 and 3 BTEC Business courses for a total of 10 hours per week. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about business education and have experience in delivering BTEC courses.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct engaging and informative sessions for BTEC Business at Levels 2 and 3.
- Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress in business studies.
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure compliance with educational policies.
- Proven experience as a Business Lecturer, preferably with BTEC courses.
- Strong understanding of the BTEC curriculum for Levels 2 and 3.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Organisational skills to manage a varied timetable effectively.
