We are seeking dedicated Business Lecturers to join our clients team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The roles involve teaching various business BTEC courses. We have multiple part-time positions available with varying hours throughout the week.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver high-quality teaching in Business up too BTEC Level 3.
- Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
- Engage and inspire students, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and contribute to curriculum development.
- Stay updated with current trends and developments in the field of business education.
- A relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience in teaching business-related courses at a similar level.
- Strong understanding of the subject matter of Business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and encourage students to excel in their studies.
- Proficient in planning, organising, and delivering engaging lessons.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
