Business Lecturer

We are seeking dedicated Business Lecturers to join our clients team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The roles involve teaching various business BTEC courses. We have multiple part-time positions available with varying hours throughout the week.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching in Business up too BTEC Level 3.
  • Prepare lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
  • Engage and inspire students, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and contribute to curriculum development.
  • Stay updated with current trends and developments in the field of business education.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience in teaching business-related courses at a similar level.
  • Strong understanding of the subject matter of Business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and encourage students to excel in their studies.
  • Proficient in planning, organising, and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
