Join our client's vibrant team in the School of Business, Sport, Hair and Beauty. We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Lecturer in Business to deliver high-quality teaching across a range of business courses, focusing primarily on BTEC programmes from Level 1 to Level 3.
Day-to-day of the role:- Teach across various business courses, including BTEC First, National and Higher National Diplomas, Access to HE, and T Levels.
- Engage and motivate learners of all ages through effective teaching practices.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilise a range of teaching methods and techniques to suit individual learning styles.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure the courses are up to date.
- Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Degree in Business or a related area.
- Successful experience of delivering BTEC programmes Level 1 - 3.
- Strong ability to engage and motivate learners of all ages.
- Excellent team player with robust communication and IT skills.
- A teaching qualification is advantageous, though not required. Support will be provided to achieve the Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
