I am working with a Further Education College with state of the art facilities and top notch support on hand, who are on the hunt for their next Business Lecturer on a full-time, permanent basis.

You'd be joining a growing department with excellent vision and values with the sole intent of delivering the most engaging and enveloping courses for their Business learners.

This role involves delivering BTEC (Levels 1-3), Access to HE and, T Levels, equipping students with key business and employability skills.

?? Location: West London? Hours: 36 hours per week, full-time, permanent?? Salary: £32.5k - £45k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assess Business courses, ensuring student success.
  • Develop and enhance course content to align with industry standards.
  • Support students with academic progress and career development.
  • Work collaboratively to improve the curriculum and learning experience.

What We're Looking For:
