We are currently seeking an experienced ESOL Teacher to join our client's team on a full-time, temporary basis for the next 4 weeks, with potential for extension. This role involves teaching ESOL to learners aged 16+ and adults across various levels from Entry 1 to Entry 3.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and effective ESOL lessons to students aged 16+ and adults.
- Prepare lesson plans and materials tailored to the needs of students across different proficiency levels.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Teach scheduled classes, including two evening sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:15 to 21:15.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to enhance teaching methods and learning experiences.
- Proven experience as an ESOL Teacher.
- Strong understanding of ESOL educational frameworks and teaching methodologies.
- Ability to teach a diverse group of learners from Entry 1 to Entry 3 levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A teaching qualification relevant to the subject area is highly desirable.
