We are excited to offer the opportunity for a dedicated Multi Skills Lecturer to join our team at Harrow. This role involves teaching a variety of construction and multi-skills programmes to students.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver engaging and practical lessons in various construction craft trades up to Level 2.
- Develop course materials and assessments that meet curriculum standards.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in curriculum development meetings and contribute to the enhancement of course content.
- Engage with students aged 16-19, motivating them to achieve their potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Qualified to Level 3 in a relevant subject area, such as construction or related trades.
- Experience in teaching or training, specifically in Construction/Multi Skills programmes up to Level 2.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to motivate and engage young learners.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, including undertaking a Level 5 teaching qualification funded by the College.
