- To be responsible for a schedule of routine office building checks and tests, including, fire
- To raise and process payments needed to deliver the service using IBC and other systems.
- To maintain KPI and PI performance data for the team.
- To deputise where needed for Housing Officers, under supervision from the Housing Manager.
