What You'll Do:As our HR Manager, you will be at the heart of our organisation in a stand alone role. Your responsibilities will include:

??Performance Management: Implementing performance reviews and strategies that align with our company goals.

Who You Are:We're looking for someone who brings not only experience but also a zest for life! You should have:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management, ideally in the Travel, Entertainment, Sports & Leisure industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practises.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
