- Engage, consult, and communicate with residents, community groups, voluntary sector organizations, and users of Council services to support consultation exercises, decision-making, and co-production of services.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop, support, and deliver a program of community activities to achieve the fullest resident engagement.
- Organize and promote community engagement meetings and events, and support community-led initiatives and projects.
