Are you a meticulous and proactive Legal Secretary with a “can do” attitude? We are looking for someone just like you to join our dynamic team! ??

Key Responsibilities:

�? Land Registry Applications: Independently prepare and submit applications via the Land Registry portal.

?? SDLT Forms: Electronically submit SDLT forms to HM Revenue & Customs and understand common SDLT reliefs.

�?? Companies House Applications: Register Legal Charges and other documents online.

?? Document Drafting and Research: Draft documents, conduct research, provide client advice, and liaise with solicitors and third parties.

?? File Management: Handle general file management, including filing, opening, archiving, and ensuring zero balances on files.

?? Communication: Take and make telephone calls.

??? Typing and Administration: Perform typing and administrative tasks, including producing letters and emails, amending complex documents, and preparing bills and completion statements.

?? Team Assistance: Assist the team under supervision and direction, with the possibility of working for multiple teams.

?? Reporting: Report to the Head of the Department or other team members as required.

?? Flexibility: Work with various teams and adapt to changing assignments.

?? Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle enquiries.

?? Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough approach.

?? Professionalism: Act in a professional and conscientious manner.
