- To support a team of lawyers covering some of the following: civil and criminal litigation and children's and/or adults social care and education work.
- To contribute to ensuring the legal team and the Council are aware of, and trained in, relevant developments in law and policy and receives guidance on their implementation in good time to plan their responses.
- When required to carry out work for, and under the control of, HB Public Law Limited, the Alternative Business Structure which has been established by Harrow Council to deliver legal services to certain third-party organisations
- To have conduct of routine cases including civil and criminal litigation and children's and adults' social care and education matters, with appropriate minimal supervision.
- 6 months - 1 years of experience working in a legal setting
- Willing to undergo a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Substantial experience working in a legal environment in lieu of qualification.
