The Firm:
Our proactive and progressive client law firm based in Harrow is currently seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their structured Team. Having been established for many years, they are committed to delivering high quality, practical and cost effective legal services for businesses and individuals alike, covering a wide range of legal work. Their high standards of legal practice management and client care have earned them Lexcel Accreditation.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have at least 18 months - 2 years’ experience in a similar role in Wills, Trusts and Probates and must be able to manage tasks assisting the Department. You will be involved in a variety of matters, to include the drafting up of Wills, filling out LPA forms, assisting in the Administration of Estates, Deputyship Applications, Declarations of Trust work and CoP work, where there will be support and guidance. What the firm offer:
Salary region: £25,000-26,000 dep on experience
Holidays: Standard plus extra bank holidays
Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Start Date: ASAP
Parking close by.
Skills & Requirements: Paralegal with 18-24 months experience in a similar role. Experience of Case Management Systems (useful) along with good IT Skills and someone who is passionate about delivering the best legal services.
