  • Support tenancy and leasehold issues, collaborating with partners and service providers.
  • Assist in database management and rent collection system maintenance.
  • Handle initial enquiries from customers approaching the Housing Department.
  • Undertake low-level actions to prevent arrears and manage housing.
  • Conduct Tenancy Audits, Vulnerable Visits, and Settling-in visits.
  • Support housing officers with Gas Access and EICR compliances.
  • Fulfil reasonable management requests.
  • Assist with Right to Buy queries and applications.
Experience and Skills:
  • Knowledge of housing laws and policies.
  • Basic home repairs and maintenance knowledge.
  • Understanding of welfare benefits.
