Responsibilities:

  • Painting & Decorating
  • Point of contact for the client
  • Tiling
  • Carpentry - Door hanging
  • Plumbing
  • Drainage & flushing
  • Changing light bulbs
  • Emergency light testing
  • Fire alarm/door testing
  • Grouting & Plastering
  • Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/high end residential setting
  • Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ carpentry
