As a Sister Charge Nurse, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Hospital Ward and its staff.
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure efficient management of ward resources.

The ideal Sister Charge Nurse will have:
- RN with valid NMC Registration.
- Experience in acute nursing care.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
- Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
- Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
- Recruitment and selection skills.
- Experience in a senior nursing role within an acute healthcare sector.
