Job Title: Sister / Charge Nurse

What Were Looking for:
- Experience in acute nursing, with a strong understanding of ward management
- Flexibility to work shift patterns as required
- Strong recruitment and selection skills
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a BSc in Nursing (or equivalent)
- Evidence of ongoing professional development (e.g., relevant clinical certifications)
- Valid NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the hospital ward and nursing staff
- Provide clinical leadership, ensuring efficient use of ward resources and excellence in patient care
- Enhance patient satisfaction by maintaining high levels of customer service
- Lead the nursing team in meeting all clinical governance and quality standards
- Promote and uphold professional standards in line with the NMC Code of Conduct and HCPC guidelines
- Act as a role model for the team, ensuring high levels of clinical excellence and compassionate care
