If you are an Office Manager with strong administration and organisational skills then this role will be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Ensuring the smooth running of the offices over 3 depots

- Providing support to the MD and assisting the Executive Team

- Managing MD’s diary schedule and organising travel requirements

- Responsible for office maintenance, services, telecoms and IT

- Purchasing stationery and office supplies, negotiating costs with suppliers

- Responsible for recruitment process, managing and maintaining HR records
