We are an established Firm of Accountants in Harrow Town Centre looking for a bright and enthusiastic applicant for a secretarial and administrative role. Suitable applicant will require both written and oral communication, word processing and good computer literacy using Microsoft word and Excel. Organisational and ability to multi-task and work under pressure are essential. Professional appearance and presentation would also be essential.
Secretary / Administrator duties including:
- Dealing with telephone calls
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Word processing
- Using variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Maintain office filing
- Ordering and maintaining office stationery and equipment supplies
- Ordering and maintaining office canteen supplies
Place of work: Harrow on the Hill very close to Metropolitan Line Station
