About the Role:We are seeking an experienced IT Lecturer to join our team at an FE college in North West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Level 2 and Level 3 students, covering a range of topics including Python, .Net, databases, and general computer science.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Python, .Net, databases, and general computer science.
- Prepare and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Support and mentor students to achieve their academic goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
Hours:
- Monday: Afternoon
- Thursday: All day
- Friday: Afternoon (Full timetable to be confirmed)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching IT at the FE level.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Python, .Net, databases, and general computer science.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
