- Support Tenants with tenancy needs, housing services, and referrals.
- Inspect and maintain communal areas in Sheltered Housing.
- Resolve complex Tenant issues.
- Handle payments for Guest Room and TV licenses.
- Oversee repairs and coordinate handy person services.
- Promote social activities and manage communal spaces.
- Minimize vacant home revenue loss through effective viewings and monitoring.
- Assist new Tenants with resettlement and orientation.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety in Sheltered Housing.
- Experience with risk assessments and management.
- Awareness of equality issues.
- Strong organizational skills and urgency in action.
- Basic literacy and numeracy for instructions and forms.
- Significant experience working with older people.
- Initiative to work independently.
- Excellent communication with tenants, carers, colleagues, and agencies.
