About the role

Year Four Teacher needed full-time from April to plan, teach and assess against the KS2 Primary National Curriculum, as well as fulfill wider professional responsibilities.

The role is available initially as temporary cover with potential for a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will teach a class of 30 pupils with support from a full time, experienced Level 3 TA

Both ECT and Experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Year 4 Teacher - April Start you will:

  • Experience in KS2 (desirable)
  • Have a ‘child workforce only’ DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Hold QTS
