Key Requirements:

Early Careers Teacher (ECT) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education

Experience in teaching KS2, particularly Year 6

Strong classroom management skills with the ability to manage challenging behaviour creatively

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take initiative

Commitment to ongoing professional development
