A primary school in Harrow, HA3, is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This position offers the chance to work closely with Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, particularly those with SEN, and lead interventions aimed at enhancing their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting classroom instruction and activities for Year 1 and Year 2 students.
- Providing individualised and small group support for children with special educational needs, helping them meet their learning objectives.
- Planning and delivering focused interventions to support academic and personal growth.
- Monitoring and recording student progress through observation.
- Collaborating with the teaching team to tailor support strategies for individual students.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with a focus on SEN pupils.
- Experience supporting primary school children, particularly in Key Stage 1.
- A relevant qualification or degree in education or a related field.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's success.
