Teaching Assistant | Harrow, HA3 | £90-£105 per day | Long-term to Permanent | Immediate Start

A primary school in Harrow, HA3, is seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This position offers the chance to work closely with Year 1 and Year 2 pupils, particularly those with SEN, and lead interventions aimed at enhancing their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting classroom instruction and activities for Year 1 and Year 2 students.

  • Planning and delivering focused interventions to support academic and personal growth.
  • Monitoring and recording student progress through observation.
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to tailor support strategies for individual students.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with a focus on SEN pupils.
  • Experience supporting primary school children, particularly in Key Stage 1.
  • A relevant qualification or degree in education or a related field.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's success.
