Role Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with diverse needs. * Assist in and outside the classroom to support development. * Lead targeted interventions to boost confidence and achievement. * Collaborate with staff and external professionals on learning strategies. * Support behaviour management and foster a positive environment. * Deliver patient and proactive support for SEND pupils.
Ideal Candidate: * Holds a 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology degree from a UK university. * Has experience working with children (voluntary or paid). * Confident in behaviour management and classroom support. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Passionate about supporting SEND pupils.
