Our client is a national developer undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team out of their head office in Harrow.
They offer 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
You will be required to work on a 350 unit scheme, mixture of RC frame and traditional build in North West London.
The position will report into the on site Senior QS.
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on large housing developments (Traditional Build or RC Frame).
In return, our client is offering 50k - 55k + full package and bonus.
