An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator with 1 year of experience to join a well-established estate agency. This full-time, permanent role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £27,000 - £29,000 for 46 hours work week.

As a Lettings Administrator, you will support the Branch Manager, Lettings Manager, and Negotiators, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the branch.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating new tenancy move-ins, from the point of offer agreement to the move-in date.
  • Processing tenant references and ensuring applicant qualifications are verified.
  • Overseeing financial transactions for move-ins and preparing contracts along with all related move-in documentation.
  • Managing all essential move-in tasks, including arranging EPCs, inventories, and repainting works.
  • Arranging inventory check-outs at the end of tenancies.
  • Ensuring the return of keys from tenants post-tenancy.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Lettings Administrator, Property Administrator, Lettings Admin or in a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skilled in IT, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
