Are you looking for a new role as a Lettings Negotiator? Our client, a well established, multi award winning, independent Estate Agent are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for their busy office in Harrow. The company have been covering this and surrounding areas for over 30 years gaining a wealth of local knowledge to help clients with their move. They are a recognised well known brand who are proud to offer an unparalleled level of customer service to all their clients.The ideal candidate will have experience as a Lettings Negotiator, but the company are also open to a Trainee. You must be a well organised, self motivated team player able to work well in a busy environment. You must be very enthusiastic, well spoken and able to work to tight deadlines prioritising the workload. Excellent customer service skills should come as second nature.
You must hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own car.
Salary package and benefits of this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Basic £20,000 to £25,000 DOE
- OTE £30,000 - £40,000 DOE
- Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 4pm (5 and a half working days)

Key responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator includes:
- Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
- Good working knowledge of inventory
- Speaking with potential tenants
- Building relationships
- Generating leads
- Provide advice and guidance
- Turn initial enquiries into actual business
- Be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
Skills and experience needed for the role of Lettings Negotiator include:
- Some experience as a Lettings Negotiator, or looking to get into the property industry
- Team player
- Well-presented and articulate
- Professional telephone manner
- Work well in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ambitious and target driven
- Natural selling ability
- Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
