- base salary of £20k-£25k (DOE)

- Actively manage a portfolio of properties, from listing to letting
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers with potential tenants
- Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and client follow-up
- Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legislation and company policies
- Assist with tenancy agreements, referencing, and inventory management
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- A positive attitude and a team player
- Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage (but not essential)
- A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential
