Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to build a career in the property sector?We are seeking a dynamic LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR to join my clients growing team. If you have a passion for estate agency, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you. Ideally you will have at least 18 months experience within the industry, however my client will look at someone with just 6 months experience if you are young, hungry to succeed with ambition, drive & eager to learn. Key Responsibilities for the LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR role:
  • Actively manage a portfolio of properties, from listing to letting
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers with potential tenants
  • Maintain regular communication with landlords and tenants, ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and client follow-up
  • Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legislation and company policies
  • Assist with tenancy agreements, referencing, and inventory management
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • A positive attitude and a team player
  • Good knowledge of the local property market is an advantage (but not essential)
  • A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential
