This role would suit a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in residential lettings and good local knowledge of the Middlesex market.
Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed. A professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected and it is essential that you have a full UK driving license and own car.
The company’s ideal candidate will be an experienced and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills as well as exceptional negotiation skills. The successful Lettings Negotiator will be expected to carry out all the pertinent Lettings duties including canvassing for new business, valuations, property viewings, negotiations and client management.
To be considered for this position, applicants will need residential lettings experience within a Local Estate Agents. This position is available for either a Trainee Lettings Negotiator or a Lettings Negotiator.
