  • Property Viewings: Organize and conduct viewings for our extensive portfolio of premium properties.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional service.
  • Applicant Registration: Register and qualify applicants, matching them with their ideal rental homes.
  • Negotiations: Skilfully manage the offer process, from negotiation to key handover.
  • Customer Service: Consistently exceed client expectations through unparalleled service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:They are looking for a level of experience in lettings. However, they will also consider a trainee, who has a passion for property and has a proven track record of great customer service.
  • Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage confidently with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated:Able to work independently, managing your own diary and demonstrating initiative in generating leads and closing deals.
  • Interpersonal Skills:Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
  • Detail-Oriented:Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of all property matters.
  • Desire to Learn:Eagerness to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Driving License:Full UK driving license and access to your own car is essential for property viewings and client meetings.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Salary: Basic: £20K - £25K / OTE: £30K - £40K (Depending on experience)
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri: 9 am-6 pm / Sat: 9 am - 4 pm with a day off in lieu
