Your Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:?? Source and screen high-calibre candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals?? Build strong relationships with clients and candidates in the IT sector?? Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement?? Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate client interviews?? Develop new business and strengthen relationships with existing clients?? Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring the best matches for clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For:

?? Experience in IT Recruitment (or a strong interest in the sector)?? Proven ability to source and place candidates successfully?? Confidence in business development and account management?? Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people?? Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently?? A keen eye for talent and a dedication to helping candidates succeed
