This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lister or Assistant Manager looking to take on more responsibility and grow within the residential sales industry.
The Package:- Basic Salary: Up to £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
- OTE: £50,000+
- 5 Months of Supplementary Payments to support you while you build your pipeline
- Company Car or Car Allowance

If you have prior experience in residential sales and have either managed a branch or department, or come from a Valuer or Assistant Branch Manager role, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Office & Staff Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and lead your team to success.
- Team Coaching: Provide guidance, development, and growth opportunities for your team members.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Business Growth: Increase business levels and exceed sales targets.
- Property Valuations & Instructions: Handle property valuations and instruct properties to the market.
- Sales Progression: Manage the sales process and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Training & Development: Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Proven experience in residential sales, particularly in a managerial role (Assistant Manager, Valuer, or similar)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passionate about customer service and achieving business goals
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- A drive for career growth and development
- Full UK driving Licence
