Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding

Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 (Depending on experience) + Additional benefits & bonuses to be discussed

In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding multi-modal freight forwarding services to a wide range of clients. You will play a key role in expanding their client base, enhancing customer relationships, and positioning services as the go-to solution for multi-modal logistics needs.
From You:
- Proven experience in business development within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, with a focus on multi-modal transportation.
- Strong understanding of road, air, sea, and rail logistics operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and work well in a team environment.
- A proactive, results-driven approach to work.
- Familiarity with industry software and CRM tools.
