Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a well-established company located in the Harrow area.
The ideal candidate should have a background in HVAC and possess strong contract negotiation skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales is preferred.
The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, with additional benefits such as a travel allowance and commission structure.
Candidates will receive training on the company's CRM system and are expected to work towards KPIs while building their own sales pipeline.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join this long established company based in the Harrow area. Utilising your sales ability you will selling into an expanding sector of business to business sales. You will ideally come from a HVAC background. Strong contract negotiation skills and expertise in managing key clients is essential.

You will be able to build your own pipeline and drive revenue growth and be used to working to KPIs. General IT knowledge is required and you will be given training on their CRM system (if not known already).

In return the company offer a salary of between 35,000 - 45,000pa.
