Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Salary: 拢28,000 - 拢31,000 DOE +commission 聽
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
Contract: Permanent
Scope of Role:
路Identify and pursue new business opportunities through emails, cold calling, and networking.
路Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
路Collaborate effectively with the team to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
路Develop strong, professional relationships with clients through various communication channels.
路Provide excellent service from start to finish, addressing client needs and offering tailored solutions.
路Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets and growth areas.
路Conduct regular client review meetings to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
路Analyse performance and monitor KPIs to improve service delivery.
路Manage client issues and ensure resolutions are provided promptly.
路Arrange client meetings, including travel, and attend relevant industry events.
路Maintain CRM and case management systems, keeping client information up-to-date.
路Ensure client retention by promoting additional services and maintaining strong relationships.
Required Experience:
路Previous experience in sales and customer service, ideally with account management.
路Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
路Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
路Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
路Experience in the debt recovery industry is a plus.
路Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
