Are you a fluent Dutch speaker who enjoys working in fast paced environments? My client is now seeking a Dutch speaker to support their worldwide sales team, resellers and customers who are based in UK, EMEA and the USA.
This position involves managing the end-to-end sales order process, maintaining accurate data. Benefits include 20 days holiday increasing to 30 after 2 years, laptop as well as good training.
The role
- Managing incoming orders, verifying pricing and upkeep of CRM
- Manage in bound and outbound calls and e mails, as well as managing shared mailboxes
- Updating e mail templates across languages and regions
- Arranging and coordinating travel for the teams
- Managing escalated queries form the order processing team
- C RM maintenance

- Experience needed
- A strong communicator with a high level of proficiency in Dutch
- At least 1 year’s customer care experience
- Strong time management
- Logical thinker who can problem solve
