Weare looking for a part time experienced Account assistant to join our team at Harrow London.
Tasks:
Administrative support:
- Filing, handling emails, attending calls.
- Typing letters and processing incoming mails.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Accounting tasks:
- Processing invoice and payments
- Managing petty cash transactions
- Maintaing sale and purcahse accounts.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Must have good knowledge of quickbooks.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office.
- Basic book keeping knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Working hours:24 hours a week.
Working days:Monday - Friday
