- Teach GCSE and A-Level students – an Aspiring Maths Teacher should be competent in supporting Maths up to KS5
- Secure a long-term work placement with teacher training as an option
- Students have high ambitions and achieve fantastic results
- Help students from disadvantaged backgrounds, and inspire all students to achieve the best grades.
- An Aspiring Maths Teacher should have a First-Class degree in Mathematics from a top-20 University
- An aspiring Maths Teacher should be passionate about helping students through mentoring and teaching.
- If an Aspiring Maths Teacher has child-facing experience/experience with behaviour management, it would be advantageous
- Can be a role model for students wanting to go to Oxbridge and other top Universities
- Has a good work ethic and subject knowledge
- Can confidently assist with Maths and Further Maths up to A-Level.
