Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the development of strategies to ensure student progress in line with school targets.
• Assisting with SEN and intervention strategies, monitoring, and assessment.
• Delivering engaging Business Studies and careers guidance, including work experience programs.
• Maintaining and updating schemes of work as directed.
• Planning and delivering lessons that motivate and inspire students.
