Are you an experienced SEMH Teacher looking for a new role in Harrow?

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Teacher to join this supportive primary PRU as a SEMH teacher. This is a full time, long-term role starting in January 2025 for the remainder of the academic year.

The School:

The school supports children from Harrow Secondary schools with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. A high number of pupils here also have an additional diagnosis of autism and/or ADHD. Class sizes are therefore smaller with up to six pupils per class and there is a high staff-to-pupil ratio so that children are given the correct support when needed across the school day.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need:

  • Full QTS
  • Previous experience working with children with SEMH
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
