This role involves monitoring access points, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and enforcing security procedures to prevent unauthorized activities or breaches.Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible security presence to deter potential risks
Monitor and control access points, checking IDs or passes as required
Conduct routine patrols to identify security concerns or hazards
Respond swiftly to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activity
Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security policies
Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
Prepare incident reports and maintain security documentation
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in security or a related field
Strong observational and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) badge or equivalent qualification
Physical fitness for patrolling and emergency response duties

Work Environment:

Location-specific, may involve working across different sites
Shift-based work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requires adaptability and quick response to security concerns
