Student Needs: Secondary, mixed students with Behavioural Needs, ASD, ADHD, SEMH

What You'll Need as a Behaviour Mentor

  • Strong Communication: Build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Resilience & Patience: Support challenging behaviour with a calm approach
  • Empathy & Understanding: Work with students who have ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly to manage classroom dynamics
  • Team Player: Collaborate with SEN staff and other professionals

Requirements:

  • Experience working with challenging behaviours
  • Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
  • Right to work in the UK
