?? Days & Hours
- Monday - Tuesday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Wednesday - Thursday - Friday: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
?? Salary: £90 to £100 per day depending on experience
?? Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Harrow, North West London.
Student Needs: Secondary, mixed students with Behavioural Needs, ASD, ADHD, SEMH
What You'll Need as a Behaviour Mentor
- Strong Communication: Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Resilience & Patience: Support challenging behaviour with a calm approach
- Empathy & Understanding: Work with students who have ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural difficulties
- Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly to manage classroom dynamics
- Team Player: Collaborate with SEN staff and other professionals
Requirements:
- Experience working with challenging behaviours
- Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
- Right to work in the UK
