Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Manage technical equipment and interpret results.
- Provide up-to-date technical advice to residents, businesses, Members, and stakeholders.
- Issue legal documents, notices, and formal cautions as required.
- Stay informed on anti-social behaviour legislation and policy developments.
- Conduct investigations, prepare prosecutions, and attend court proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and legislation (e.g., PACE, CPIA, RIPA).
- Build relationships with stakeholders and promote best practices.
- Advise managers, and senior officers on relevant legislation.
- Exercise professional judgement in legal cases to protect the community.
- Lead publicity campaigns, customer service improvements, and joint initiatives.
- Investigate service requests and complaints, taking enforcement actions as needed.
- Assess risks and impacts on individuals and the community, taking mitigating actions.
- Contribute to the development of anti-social behaviour strategies and policies.
