Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Manage technical equipment and interpret results.
  • Provide up-to-date technical advice to residents, businesses, Members, and stakeholders.
  • Issue legal documents, notices, and formal cautions as required.
  • Stay informed on anti-social behaviour legislation and policy developments.
  • Conduct investigations, prepare prosecutions, and attend court proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with legal procedures and legislation (e.g., PACE, CPIA, RIPA).
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and promote best practices.
  • Advise managers, and senior officers on relevant legislation.
  • Exercise professional judgement in legal cases to protect the community.
  • Lead publicity campaigns, customer service improvements, and joint initiatives.
  • Investigate service requests and complaints, taking enforcement actions as needed.
  • Assess risks and impacts on individuals and the community, taking mitigating actions.
  • Contribute to the development of anti-social behaviour strategies and policies.
