Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
NonStop Care are working with a well established independent fostering agency, in Harrow, that are looking for a Children & Young People Support Worker to join them on a permanent basis.
Your role as the Children & Young People Support Worker will involve assisting foster households and children based on the Placement Plan and any emerging needs. Your focus will be on enhancing placement stability and fostering positive relationships, ensuring children feel secure and can thrive.

Responsibilities you will hold include -
- To assist with the delivery of services to children, young people and their carers through the Fostering service.
- Work closely with the Supervising Social Worker to deliver support through a range of interventions
Requirements:
- A full clean drivers licence & access to a vehicle.
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience in Children's Services as a support worker / social work assistant
