Main Duties & Responsibilities Mental Health-Male Support Worker-Night Shifts

  • Be able to provide constant care and support to the service users with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
  • At least 2 years Experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities
  • A desire to work with people who may show signs of challenging behaviour
  • Commit to working with Adults who may be at risk
  • Should be available to do Night Shifts
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Demonstrate expertise in person-centred care for elderly residents in a care home setting.
  • Have hands-on experience working with individuals having mental health needs and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations.
  • A cleared DBS check and right to work in UK .
