- A Behaviour Support Assistant requires First-Class Degree from a TOP-20 UK University.
- A Behaviour Support Assistant must be someone who's eager to learn and apply themselves fully and willing to hit the ground running
- A desire to work in education in the future could be beneficial for a Behaviour Support Assistant
- A Behaviour Support Assistant must be a strong, determined and dedicated individual, who is aware of how working as a Behaviour Support Assistant will have its tougher days... but be the most rewarding job.
- Experience with SEND children / Experience with Behavioural Difficulties would be extremely beneficial
- A Behaviour Support Assistant can earn up to £106 a day | Paid weekly via PAYE | Inclusive of Holiday Pay
- The school is looking to help a Master's or Doctorate hopeful get a year's worth of experience in a SEND school to help them with their future careers.
- The school is regarded highly in its field, and rated 'Good' by OFSTED.
- We are offering a long-term contract, until the end of the academic year.
- You will be placed with small group, allowing you to build relationships with the students, and work more closely with them.
- This is a rare opportunity which will be an extremely rewarding and motivating experience for you. When applying for further education, having this experience is more than desirable on a CV.
