Are you a capable Behaviour Support Assistant, who is looking for a stimulating new role? Have you got a passion for SEND education, and are always looking to learn new skills and throw yourself into new challenges, potentially as a Behaviour Support Assistant?

I am looking to speak to knowledgeable graduates who are looking to work with primary-aged children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). 

The school I am currently working with is a mainstream primary school with a need for extra Behaviour Support.

Behaviour Support Assistant | What do you need?

  • A Behaviour Support Assistant requires First-Class Degree from a TOP-20 UK University. 
  • A Behaviour Support Assistant must be someone who's eager to learn and apply themselves fully and willing to hit the ground running
  • A desire to work in education in the future could be beneficial for a Behaviour Support Assistant
  • A Behaviour Support Assistant must be a strong, determined and dedicated individual, who is aware of how working as a Behaviour Support Assistant will have its tougher days... but be the most rewarding job. 
  • Experience with SEND children / Experience with Behavioural Difficulties would be extremely beneficial
